Ingredients:
- 1/4 pork
- 3 bundle of string beans
- 1/2 squash, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- 5 gloves of garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking oil
- Heat oil in a cooking pot
- Saute the onion, garlic and pork, until pork turns brownish
- Put the coconut milk, stir and boil for at least 5 minutes
- Add the kalabasa/squash and let it boil for 8-12 minutes
- Add the string beans/sitaw for 3-5 minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Transfer to a bowl and serve.
- Enjoy with rice.
